Martin Medina

A seasoned expert in cargo transport, logistics, and business development, with over 30 years of experience, has established himself as a global brand. He began his studies in Marketing and later earned a Global Logistics Specialist (GLS) designation from California State University, Long Beach. His extensive career spans five continents, with a strong focus on the Caribbean, Latin America, and North America. He has held prestigious roles at SeaLand Service, Maersk Line, Maersk Logistics, and Tropical Shipping, serving as Division Head NVOCCs, specializing in Ocean and Air consolidations, as well as Third Party Services. Medina is passionate about connecting people, addressing their business and personal challenges, and assisting entrepreneurs in launching their ventures.

Roberto Madrigal

A highly experienced shipping and logistics professional who brings more than 30 years of track record in the cargo moving industry. His studies include International Commerce & Finance, as well as Supply Chain Management at Ohio University. Throughout his professional journey, he has held esteemed operational management roles in the Central American region, with well-known companies such as 506 Essential Fruit, Inte-Log, Sea Land, Maersk Line, Maersk Logistics, Chiquita Brand, Dole Ocean Liner Express. Currently, he is a co-founder and partner at Puntos Congruentes, all while being in his country of birth, Costa Rica. In addition, Roberto also shares his knowledge and expertise as a professor of logistics at Lead University in Costa Rica.

Juan Carlos Zamora

In a similar vein to his partners, Juan Carlos brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the shipping and logistics industry. His academic journey culminated in a graduation from Law School at Universidad UIA in Costa Rica, which laid the foundation for his professional career. Throughout his career, he has held significant positions at several prestigious companies, including 506 Essential Fruit, Inter-Log, Sea Land, APL, Expeditors, and Earth University, where he served as Operations Manager. Currently, Zamora is proud to be a co-founder and partner at Puntos Congruentes, operating in his hometown of Costa Rica and contributing to the growth and success of the local industry.

Marvin Varela

With extensive experience in international logistics, handling the export and import of refrigerated cargo, ensuring efficient supply chain operations. His expertise spans global logistics coordination, cold chain management, and international trade documentation, allowing him to optimize processes and mitigate risks. He thrives on building strategic partnerships and operations to deliver reliable solutions. Passionate about continuous learning, staying up to date with industry trends to provide the best service possible. Today, he is focused on the development of newly launched NATIVO, that will provide ocean and air services, once approved NVOCC.
